Salesforce Technical Implementation Specialist Role Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Provide expert technical support and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical support experience and proficiency in Salesforce configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Sales and business development skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certification is advantageous.
