**NetSuite Project Manager Role Summary**

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects.
  • Lead project teams, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements.
  • Translate client needs into effective NetSuite solutions.
Project Planning and Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
