We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Okada Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and colleagues, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential requirements for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, keeping them informed of progress and resolution status.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course or equivalent professional training.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 2-3 years working experience as service support in Hotel & Casino or from any customer service and support related industry.
  • Skills: Good oral and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, good phone etiquette, customer service oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
