About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hiring managers, applicants, candidates, client employees, and other stakeholders.

Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries through multiple contact mediums, including phone, email, chat, and web-based requests. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle a minimum of 50+ calls per day while managing a workload from other contact mediums.

As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will also be responsible for assisting hiring managers and recruitment staff with creating and modifying job requisitions, as well as supporting current and former employees with their HR needs.
