Job Details
  • Salary: Up to ₱50,000/mo depending on experience.
  • Work environment: Primarily in-office (approx. 90%) with occasional travel or after-hours work (10%).

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for IT helpdesk support.
  • Handle users' inquiries and provide prompt solutions.
  • Manage service requests, fault reports, and monitor their lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and user guides.
  • Assist in implementing internal IT initiatives and projects.
