We're seeking a skilled IT HelpDesk Professional to join our Manila, Philippines office, providing technical support to our global team.
About the JobThis role requires a friendly and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to handle users' inquiries, manage service requests, and provide prompt solutions in a professional manner.
Job Details- Salary: Up to ₱50,000/mo depending on experience.
- Work environment: Primarily in-office (approx. 90%) with occasional travel or after-hours work (10%).

- Handle users' inquiries and provide prompt solutions.
- Manage service requests, fault reports, and monitor their lifecycle.
