Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of IT Service Desk/Helpdesk support experience.
  • 3+ years of IT Desktop/Helpdesk supervisor/management experience.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira, etc.).
