Workforce Planning Professional

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Trend Analysis

We require an individual who can analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This includes using metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity. The selected candidate should have the ability to accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.

Data Collection and Analysis

The ideal candidate will collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy is crucial for this role. The successful applicant will collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action.

Performance Measurement

Proactive individuals who can measure performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics are encouraged to apply. They will also research and recommend performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes. Utilising Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders is essential for this role.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Applicants should be able to partner and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data and reporting solutions that enable the business to meet or exceed customer and organisational expectations. Accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented business metrics and reporting needs is also a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders
