Ayala Land Group is looking for a Workforce Planning Manager

Overview: Workforce Planning Manager will support the forecasting of workforce requirements, conduct analysis of staffing trends, and contribute to the development of strategic staffing plans to ensure optimal alignment of talent with organizational needs. Collaborating closely with HR, operations, and business leaders of Ayala Land Group, this will play a key role in driving organizational growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:

  • Assist in analyzing current workforce data and forecasting future staffing needs based on business objectives across Ayala Land Group.
  • Support the development and implementation of workforce plans to address gaps and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and department managers to align workforce supply with demand.
  • Monitor key workforce metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and productivity trends.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate workforce insights to leadership.
  • Participate in talent pipeline and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support special projects related to workforce optimization and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to staffing.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve workforce planning processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and experience with HRIS or workforce planning software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Amenable to work in Makati
