Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional to utilise their expertise in workforce management and data analysis.

Job Description:

The Workforce Planning Specialist will be responsible for analysing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. They will predict work volume, handle time, and staff shrinkage, providing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have highly proficient skills in Excel and the MS Suite products, including Power BI. You should also have familiarity with or understanding of Sales system (Pipedrive), CRM, and phone system. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience is preferred.
