Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curricula for sustained business growth, leveraging skills-based talent frameworks and work architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed skills intelligence into systems, processes, and culture.
  • Design and deploy unified skills frameworks to power smarter learning, internal mobility, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze data and generate insights from skills data, driving strategic workforce planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent development, workforce planning, or HR technology.
  • Strong understanding of skills-based talent frameworks and work architecture.
  • Experience with HR systems (LMS, ATS, HRIS) and their integration via APIs or middleware.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
