This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent for finance positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to find the best candidates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.

In addition, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer strategic hiring advice. You will maintain an updated candidate database and prepare recruitment reports and analytics to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in finance or related industries, is also required.
