Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via digital platforms
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in database systems
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication in collaborative channels
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce industry or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
Technical Requirements
  • A computer with at least an i5 processor
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace
