Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a pivotal leadership position in talent acquisition, requiring strong strategic and operational skills to drive recruitment success.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists to achieve company goals. This involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring seamless integration with senior leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers, providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed targets.
- Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and talent management strategies.
- Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
- Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- A competitive salary range of Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month, with annual bonuses and commission pay.
