Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Specialist to assist our Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various positions within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and endorse CVs for various positions
  • Source candidates from various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting phone or video interviews
  • Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Team on candidate progress and any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and preferences in finding the right candidate

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Undergraduates are encouraged to apply
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing applicants
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is essential
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
