Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviews, and offer extensions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the application and interview process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Software: Experience with recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Knowledge of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
