We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional with a background in recruitment to support our HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment plans.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations. Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to enhance our employer brand.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company's reputation as a desirable place to work by supporting initiatives that showcase our organization's values and benefits.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
