We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Staffing Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and sourcing top talent across various industries and roles.

This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in English. You should possess experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online meeting platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels to ensure the best fit for our client's needs.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding to accurately match high-quality candidates with job descriptions.
  • Manage initial candidate processing, verifying references and sending offer letters to move the hiring process forward.
  • Update the ATS with up-to-date information regarding candidates, their progress, and talent pipelines to optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies and source high-quality candidates in high volumes.
  • Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring, including recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Experience working with online meeting platforms and data to validate hiring efforts.
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills, verbal and written communication in English, and a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans.
