Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients and providing relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • A personal computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Teachable and adaptable.
