
Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Administrative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provides flexibility in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the claims department with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks, including managing tolls and parking tickets efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and text is also a key aspect of this role, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Furthermore, the candidate will contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. CRM Management is also an important responsibility in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the claims department with the claims process
- Handle administrative tasks including managing tolls and parking tickets
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text
- Contribute to marketing efforts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Manage CRM systems
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. Marketing background or experience is also a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are also required.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is necessary, as well as ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems are also required.
You must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Work Environment:This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions. The technical requirements for this role include an i5 10th Gen or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), and a headset with noise cancellation feature.
Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only. An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated, and updated. Backup Internet is also recommended.
