Job Overview

You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and account concerns, using your knowledge of Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay informed about product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience. You'll also be working independently, handling multiple conversations at once, and demonstrating empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Remote Work Requirements
  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
