Remote Customer Service Representative

We are a remote customer service company seeking individuals to handle inbound calls for home services clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls and address inquiries from home services clients.
- Represent clients professionally, adhering to their standard greeting.
- Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms.
- Take detailed call summary notes, including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
- Accurately transmit call notes to clients after each call.
- Adequate internet speed of at least 40 Mbps.
- A computer with an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
- A backup power source.
The ideal candidate possesses experience in BPO, can multitask in answering calls, taking notes, and sending follow-up messages or emails. They must be confident in communicating directly with clients to confirm directions and receive feedback.
