Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
