Remote Customer Service Advocate

Key Responsibilities:

- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
