The Role
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via online platforms
  • Using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Requirements
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Creativity in sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Familiarity with tools like online interview platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • High organization and detail orientation for compliance tasks
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfort working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
