The People Consulting (PC) practice supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while keeping employee experience a core consideration. As a Consultant, you'll gain cross-functional, multi-industry, and truly global work experience.

Join our team as a subject matter expert in HR Transformation and be instrumental in growth while being part of a leading professional services organization.

  • Leverage HRT expertise to support client projects
  • Be recognized as a subject matter expert in HR functional domains
  • Build strong relations and drive effective communication with clients and project teams
  • Develop thought leadership and enhance capability offerings within the practice
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR service areas

Key skills for success include high integrity, ability to manage ambiguity, strong communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural awareness, and adaptability.

To qualify, you must have 2-4 years of experience in HR Transformation or consulting, a Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA, exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology, and a strong understanding of one or more HCM systems.
