Job Summary:

Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively. You will be responsible for providing HR support across various departments, developing and implementing employee relations strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
    • Facilitate due process and handle termination procedures (just and authorized cause)
    • Support performance evaluations and implement improvement plans (PIPs)
    • Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate internal training programs
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
    • Prepare reports and documentation related to ER, performance, and training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 2–3 years HR experience, with focus on employee relations and training
  • Knowledge of PH labor laws and due process procedures
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
