Director of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Develops and implements HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversees Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Employee Mobility initiatives to ensure a competitive talent pool.
  • Drives employee engagement programs to enhance organizational culture and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risk and maintain a good reputation.
  • Leads performance management systems and professional development efforts to optimize team performance.
  • Collaborates with leadership to address workforce challenges and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manages HR budgets to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency within the department.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to HR team members to develop their skills and expertise.

A successful Director of Human Resources should possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles in multinational companies, preferably in IT or BPO sectors.
  • Proven track record managing HR for large-scale teams (5,000-10,000 FTEs) with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong expertise across core HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
