Job Description:

The Human Resources Supervisor/Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business operations to support various departments. This role is responsible for managing labor relations, compliance, and related HR operations.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, with experience in labor relations and management. They should be able to develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
