Job Description

This internship is a talent pipeline for our full-time rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program. As a Summer Analyst, you will participate in a diverse range of projects, contributing to strategies and initiatives in areas such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.

You will develop in-depth HR acumen across key areas like Talent and Employee Experience, HR Global Operations, Total Rewards, Conduct, and Policy.

Supporting your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work, you will help the business and employees thrive.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background and an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • An interest in Human Resources, evidenced through coursework, internships, and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of key HR trends and issues.
  • Interest in working with data, conducting data analysis, and driving projects independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
