Human Resources Professional Job Description

The primary role of this position is to oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment activities for various positions across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
  • Design and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and assist in creating development plans for staff.
  • Collaborate with operations and store managers to address staffing, scheduling, and employee concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including attendance, leaves, and employee movements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and auditors for HR compliance matters.
  • Generate reports and insights for management regarding workforce trends and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
  • Able to handle multi-location coordination and fast-paced environments.
