Job Summary

The Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing exceptional customer service through voice, non-voice (chat), and email support.

  • Provide professional and high-quality customer service to high-level clients via phone (voice), email, and chat (non-voice).
  • Act as the first point of contact for executives, business partners, and clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Respond to inquiries, concerns, and escalations with discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering accurate, timely, and clear communication.
  • Support customer inquiries related to international workforce deployment, onboarding, and service offerings.
  • Track and document client interactions, ensuring efficient case management and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, car reservations, and itineraries for executives.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, calendar management, and meeting coordination for leadership and teams.
  • Prepare and process administrative documents, including contracts, invoices, reports, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, international business trips, and high-level meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information related to contracts, client data, and business operations with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organize and maintain records, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
