We are seeking a skilled Korean Bilingual Customer Assistance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client's support team, you will provide high-quality customer service to clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including consumers, healthcare professionals, and client personnel.
- Document interactions according to company and client guidelines, identifying adverse events and product complaints.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Process medical information requests via email, fax, and mail.
- Perform line checks and system verifications, generating reports as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or Healthcare-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology).
- Fresh graduates and those with 2 years of undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
- Korean language proficiency is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, with good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information, maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
