Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate synergy between sales teams to ensure optimal service delivery for husbandry port calls.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team by assessing performance, providing feedback, and coaching regularly.
  • Evaluate resource allocation and competence, collaborate with the team on process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate effective port calls for assigned customer accounts, including monitoring vessels and addressing follow-up queries.
  • Maintain strict compliance with operational procedures and standards, including accurate use of operating systems.
  • Monitor port call execution and collaborate with operations to meet customer expectations.
  • Foster proactive and efficient communication with customers.
  • Propose process enhancements based on efficiency, productivity, or cost-effectiveness gains.
