Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our husbandry team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of port calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with account sales teams on matters related to coordination and service performance of port calls.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, directions, support, and coaching on a regular basis.
  • Ensure optimal resource setup and competence, and work with the team on process compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate port calls for assigned customer accounts effectively, including proper monitoring of vessels and attendance to any follow-up enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and supplier governance standards.
  • Monitor global port call execution and collaborate with operations to meet customers' expectations.
  • Maintain proactive, efficient, and timely communication with customers.
  • Suggest process improvements based on efficiency, productivity, or cost-effectiveness gains.
  • Gather information required to resolve and close disputes.
  • Follow up complaints/non-compliances through our system.
  • PARTICIPATE IN BUSINESS REVIEW MEETINGS WITH CUSTOMERS AS REQUIRED AND INTERACT WITH RELEVANT CONTACTS.
