As a seasoned professional, you will embark on a challenging career path filled with opportunities to solve complex problems in Southeast Asia.

We seek an experienced Husbandry Manager to lead our centralization initiative and manage legal entity requirements as Branch Manager.

The role involves ensuring the legal entity operates in line with local regulations, overseeing the implementation of global agreements, and developing best practices with other centers.

  • Implement and manage centralization initiatives within the area.
  • Ensure consistent application of Husbandry procedures.
  • Develop and refine port procedures as needed.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with other teams.
  • Coordinate port calls with Husbandry centers globally.
  • Lead and develop the Husbandry Agency team.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and process compliance.
  • Comply with standard operating procedures and supplier governance.
  • Suggest process improvements for efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Process and close dockets efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maritime background or equivalent experience with 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience in ships agency operations preferred.
  • Proven leadership and change management skills.
  • Business process expertise and commercial understanding.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
