Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Operations Manager to oversee the management of our projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all workflows are structured, client communication is proactive, and deadlines are met.

  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule

The ideal candidate will have recent experience using project management tools, a proven background in project management, office administration, or operations, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
