Job Title:

Husbandry Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our husbandry team in ensuring seamless and efficient port calls for our global customers.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or ships agency operations, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective coordination and service performance of husbandry port calls entering the area.
  • Manage and develop the team, providing regular feedback, guidance, and coaching.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and competence within the team, as well as adherence to standard operating procedures and supplier governance standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate port calls for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Accountabilities:

  • Response time to customer inquiries and port call follow-ups
