Job Title

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of centralisation initiatives across Southeast Asia.
  • Ensure consistent application of husbandry procedures in the area.
  • Conduct fact-finding and document/refine husbandry procedures of ports if necessary.
  • Develop and share best practices with other husbandry centres.
  • Ensure smooth communication and operational workflow with husbandry centres globally for coordination of port calls.
  • Lead and develop the husbandry agency team including evaluating performance, providing feedback, directions, support and coaching on a regular basis.
  • Optimise resource set-up and competence ensuring compliance with operating systems and processes.
  • Suggest process improvements based on efficiency, productivity or cost-effectiveness gains.
  • Process DA's in a timely manner.
  • Represent the company at business review meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Masters background preferably from maritime sector or similar industry experience with 5 years working history.
  • Preferable marine industry experience, especially ships agency operations.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead and inspire teams.
  • Change management and implementation skills.
  • Business process skills and understanding of value chain impact.
  • Commercial understanding of customers' business and needs.
  • Fluent English written and spoken language.
  • Ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Meet deadlines through effective time management and prioritisation.
