The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Service Desk / IT Helpdesk environment and possess a strong understanding of fundamental business technologies, including Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Networking, Desktop Support for Windows and MAC Operating Systems. They must be highly motivated, self-starting individuals who proactively work to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will be extremely professional and comfortable working with all levels of users, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to consistently follow standard processes.
