This role is for a division of PA which runs the XMPro software platform - XMPro offers the world's only AI-powered Intelligent Business Operations Suite (iBOS) designed specifically for industrial companies. Job Description – .Net Full Stack Senior Developer position
Reporting to Team Manager
Qualifications: Degree in CS or equivalent

Description: Join our global engineering team working on XMPRO's suite of web-based enterprise products. Our technology stack combines .NET and Angular in a modern microservices architecture that spans from Edge to Cloud computing. We deliver our solutions both through our SaaS platform and as deployable packages for customer installations.

You'll be part of a distributed team of bright, passionate technologists who thrive on solving complex technical challenges. As a remote-first company with team members across multiple time zones, we value strong communicators who can effectively collaborate in daily standups and clearly articulate technical concepts.

We're looking for self-starters who can:

• Break down complex, ambiguous problems into manageable, deliverable units.

• Take ownership of technical decisions and their implementation.

• Navigate and contribute across multiple product codebases.

• Mentor team members and help shape our technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions across our microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration from edge to cloud.

• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across multiple products.

• Develop and maintain high-performance, secure web applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies.

• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.

• Drive adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.

• Collaborate with product teams to define technical specifications and implementation approaches.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing practices.

• Participate and provide technical support for critical issues.

• Guide implementation of security best practices and performance optimization.

Prerequisite skills Required Experience:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including:

• Advanced C# .NET development.

• JavaScript/TypeScript with modern framework expertise (e.g., Angular).

• MS SQL database design and optimization.

• DevOps practices and tooling (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms).

• Minimum 3 years' experience with:

• Distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Technical leadership or mentoring.

• Breaking down complex technical problems.

Preferable skills Any experience in:

• AI enabled solutions.

• IoT.

• RESTful APIs.

• Auth.

• Angular.
