Job Description - QA Senior Analyst
Reporting to Team Manager
Qualifications Degree in CS or equivalent

Description Join our global quality assurance team working on XMPRO's suite of web-based enterprise products. Our testing scope covers full-stack applications built on .NET and Angular in a modern microservices architecture that spans from Edge to Cloud computing. We ensure quality across both our SaaS platform and deployable packages for customer installations.

You'll be part of a distributed team of bright, passionate quality professionals who thrive on solving complex testing challenges. As a remote-first company with team members across multiple time zones, we value strong communicators who can effectively collaborate in daily standups and clearly articulate testing strategies and technical findings.

We're looking for self-starters who can:
- Break down complex testing scenarios into structured, comprehensive test plans
- Take ownership of quality strategies and their implementation
- Navigate and ensure quality across multiple product codebases
- Mentor team members and help shape our quality assurance direction

Our teams operate with high autonomy in a Continuous Delivery environment. You'll be tackling sophisticated quality challenges that require deep expertise in test automation and quality assurance methodologies. During our interview process, we'll explore your technical depth - whether that's advanced test automation frameworks, performance testing approaches, or other significant quality assurance achievements that demonstrate your passion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies across multiple products

• Lead test planning and execution, including risk assessment and test coverage optimization

• Drive automation initiatives and establish testing frameworks

• Mentor team members and contribute to building a quality-first culture

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to validate complex solution implementations

• Guide continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

• Provide technical leadership in quality-related architectural decisions

Prerequisite skills Required Experience:

• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, including:
- Web application testing (UI, API, Database)
- Test automation development
- Performance and security testing
- DevOps practices and tools (Git, CI/CD, Cloud platforms)


• Minimum 3 years' experience with:
- Leading QA initiatives or mentoring team members
- Working with distributed systems
- Client-facing technical roles
- Process improvement and optimization

Preferrable skills
Any experience in:

• AI/ML testing methodologies

• IoT device testing and simulation

• API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)

• Security testing (OWASP, penetration testing)

• Performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, or similar)

• Selenium or Cypress for web automation

• BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber)

• Cloud testing (Azure, AWS)

• Container testing (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Test data management and synthetic data generation
