Keller Executive Search is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives in delivering top-tier services. As an integral member of the team, you will streamline operations and drive success in executive recruitment. Main Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle confidential travel logistics.
- CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS: Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations.
- Document Management: Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking.
- Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research for executive decisions, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.
- Candidate and Client Liaison: Liaise with high-profile clients and candidates, ensuring polished and professional interactions.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and tools like Google Workspace.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion: Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
