Data Insights Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with expertise in statistical tools and data visualization software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and Analyze Data: Gather and clean large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create Data Visualizations: Develop dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various teams to define data requirements and support business goals.
  • Develop and Present Reports: Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on analysis.
  • Design and Maintain Databases: Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other statistical tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • A strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
