Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions.

Job Description:

This Project Manager role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, documenting, reviewing, and ensuring sign-off for requirement documents (BRDs, PRDs)
  • Taking ownership of the whole UAT process - from planning, execution to sign-off
  • Planning, managing, and communicating feature releases and product roadmap changes
  • Creating feature guides, conducting training, and providing knowledge support to other departments
  • Driving successful technical delivery of assigned projects or features
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in product or project management, dealing with data management, business intelligence, software engineering, or management information
  • Preferably with experience in the e-commerce or FinTech industries, with competencies in business requirement analysis, product design, and user acceptance testing
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Strong camaraderie, analytical skills, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset, especially when issues arise
  • Experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership (e.g., student organization, thesis)
  • Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
  • Use of analytical skills to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
  • Strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional
  • Take initiative and show flexibility in a fast-paced environment
