Business Intelligence Leader Position

This is a highly sought-after leadership role that involves spearheading strategic financial planning and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.



About the Job

The Senior Manager, FP&A position entails leading the development of comprehensive financial plans, including long-term forecasts, annual budgets, and quarterly projections. This requires gathering input from key stakeholders, analyzing trends, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. The successful candidate must be able to provide accurate and timely financial data to support business decision-making.



Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to establish realistic budget targets aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare insightful financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.


Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a Sr. Financial Analyst or Managerial role.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software tools, such as Excel and ERP systems.
