Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Solutions Leader, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making and providing strategic direction to the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and business intelligence, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of reporting analysts in their key duties, including building reports, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Manage the intake of work and distribution to the team, ensuring that projects are prioritized and completed on time.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team's work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative domain, such as analytics, statistics, or mathematics, or relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or a BPO operations environment in an analytically driven role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data sets and technical tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and data integration methods is a plus.
