About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled High-Performance Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a Senior Developer, you will provide technical leadership in designing and optimizing the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations. Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools is also required.

This role involves guiding best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform. You will also play a critical role in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting the platform's transformation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize the reporting and data consumption layer of a large-scale enterprise data platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake.
  • Troubleshoot, performance tune, and support the platform's transformation process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
