Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with data analysis, business intelligence and problem-solving skills.
  • They will be responsible for defining metrics, conducting analysis and sharing actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of our business, product and operations.
  • Additionally, they will work with different stakeholders to translate complex business requests into executional technical data tasks.
  • Collaboration with data engineers, product managers and stakeholders is also expected to further develop our business intelligence and data maturity level.
  • The Data Analyst will analyze data from various sources including business, marketing, operations and financial crime to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
  • Automation of data collection and aggregation processes is required to build daily reports.
  • Consolidation of data from multiple sources is necessary to create integrated views.
  • Full cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleansing, data analysis and data visualizations are expected using established data warehousing practices and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics or other quantitative fields.
  • At least 3-8 years of working experience in business intelligence, data analytics or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and Basic statistics is a plus.
  • Experience in business intelligence in banking is also a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with start-up mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data-driven decision making.
