Job Description:

The Sales Intelligence Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Clinical Solutions Sales organization by providing actionable sales insights and reporting to frontline sales reps, sales leaders, and senior management. This key position involves combining strong data analysis skills with a keen business understanding to transform data into actionable business insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate our reporting portfolio to identify possible improvements and new reporting needs
  • Collaborate with the team to design, build, and maintain Nexus, our advanced Data Warehouse
  • Work closely with international stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales, Content, IT) to ensure data alignment, reliability, and usability
  • Provide dedicated support to our Sales Operations team to set quotas, calculate performance, and execute commission payments
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and compelling data visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights
  • Promote tools and maximize usage through training and support
  • Share best practices with analysts, data governance experts, and technical experts within the team and the broader community

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver in-depth business insights to inform business decisions and drive results
  • Create simple and complex dashboards using Tableau reporting environments
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of business challenges facing internal customers and develop solutions to overcome those challenges
  • Bolster sales productivity by building and improving key sales tools and training front-end users
  • Contribute to the monthly processing of Sales reports, compensation calculators, and payout statements
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and presentations as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a similar business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably serving Sales or Customer Service teams
  • Basic Knowledge of Databases (MSSQL, Snowflake)
  • Basic Knowledge of Data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
