Business Intelligence Solutions Developer

As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our business strategy through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PowerBI and its capabilities, as well as experience in connecting multiple data sources from both on-premise and cloud-based environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying SQL queries to meet business needs
  • Using Power Query to transform data in Power BI, ensuring accurate and efficient results
  • Performing Power BI administration tasks, including troubleshooting errors and making recommendations for improvement
  • Creating PowerBI measures, coding DAX, and writing M-queries to analyze complex data sets
  • Connecting different data sources to PowerBI, leveraging various technologies to extract valuable insights
  • Developing tabular and multidimensional data models, creating relationships between data sets
  • Maintaining documentation that explains BI reports, parameters, models, and relationships
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Power BI scripts to automate business processes
  • Effectively prioritizing and managing concurrently assigned project tasks, working independently with minimal supervision

Requirements include:

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge in PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL, and Cloud databases
  • Ability to understand business questions and create reports/analysis that addresses those questions
  • General knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws globally
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Impeccable work ethics

Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective
